Literally the worst experience. Bait and switch all the way. Why tell me we qualify when we don't? We literally wasted 1 month of time, and multiple hits to our credit for a loan that was denied. Along the way every single term was changed. In the end- they made us miss the deadline and **** off the builder. i STRONGLY discourage anyone from using these guys if you ever want to be able to close on your dream house. They completely took away any chance we had at getting out dream home... and for what? The agent's hope of a bonus! This is specific to the Dedham location- we worked with a Mark.
