This company makes telemarketing calls without checking the National Do Not Call list. That is a legal violation. I called them back and requested that I be put on their company Do Not Call list. They said they would follow through but I did not have confidence that they even knew what to do. They were unaware of the National Do Not Call List.

I own a restaurant and had to close for renovations because it's in a major hotel. These guys had no problem stopping my payments without penalty and extending additional credit once we reopened. It has been an unbelievable experience and I know I will always be able to count on them in the future.

We applied for a loan for our business through Trust Capital Funding. The associate gave us the terms of the loan. We said we weren't interested in the terms because the payment was to excessive. At that point in the conversation, she hung up on us. I called back on her work number and cell number and she disconnected the call each time. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNBUSINESS LIKE! I called the main number and of course no one was available to talk to me about this issue. I would never do business with this company after the way I was handled!!
