Terrible service from the banking hours (not geared for the 9-5ers, people who work multiple jobs, or those who work in a different town) to the ATM's. They open in Newark at about 9 or so and they close at 3. Kids get out of school at 3. I've had an issue from the lady who was supposed to help me open an account. She was talking to me as if was a child and didn't understand. I was highly offended and complained to the manager who then had to help me open my account. I then placed money in my account that I didn't have access to for almost 8 weeks! They claimed that they "lost my card in the mail" so I had to wait until it came. Again no access to my money due to my work schedule. I also work in Saturday until 2. Again no access to handle any banking. I also set up automatic bill pay where checks were being sent out but on the app and mobile banking, I can't see that the checks are being sent out. The customer service hours suck too. There is no convenience for someone who works crazy hours such as myself. Literally about to take my money out and cancel this bank altogether. I don't mind supporting black owned businesses if they are run correctly. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with after I had high hopes for city national. I would give all zeros if I could.
