I have been a customer of Investors Savings for many many years over 10 and there is always an issue but nothing beats todays experience (7/18/18)......I was declined at three different organizations using my atm, credit, debit card. After speaking with branch and customer care they told me they are doing a system update (who does a system update at 12:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon without telling their customers). NOW I AM STRANDED WITH NO ACCESS TO MONEY UNLESS I INCONVENIENCE MYSELF AND TRY TO FIND A BRANCH NEARBY, NOT TO MANY AROUND WONDER WHY.....VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE LEAVING
