This company seemed to be great at first. I submitted my information & got a car in about a week. Fast forward to now. I have received 4 more inquiries on my credit from finance companies regarding car loans. I contact this company and tell them I have a car and to stop sending out my application. I get a rude response from a Rick M*******, who stated, it does not work that way and it is stated in the privacy policy. And apologized that I didn't read the policy. What a great example of customer service. These inquiries can lower your credit score. Even though I was able to get a car, I could've gotten it if I had just went to the dealership on my own. So, this is a negative review for horrible customer service.
